I am Naima Khan—a designer by devotion, an artist by instinct, and a lifelong seeker of beauty rooted in meaning. For over 25 years, I’ve shaped interiors across the Middle East and beyond, crafting soulful, sustainable spaces where modern elegance meets the quiet power of cultural heritage.

As the founder and CEO of Naima Khan Designs, I have dedicated my journey to designing with intention—where every fabric, wall, and flourish of light whispers a story of grace, healing, and harmony. Whether it’s a handcrafted textile, a bespoke piece of furniture, or a complete interior concept, my work celebrates the marriage of luxury and ethics, blending high design with deep emotional resonance.

Honored with the Arabia CSR Sustainability Award for launching the UAE’s first Green Interior Design Concept, I continue to champion sustainable innovation through "The Green Design"—a concept devoted to eco-conscious living and design excellence. As a certified BREEAM UK International Consultant, Estidama ,UAE qualified  sustainability professional and a member of BIID UK and APID Dubai, my work speaks to a global vision grounded in responsibility and refined taste.

My research explores the therapeutic potential of colors, materials, and spatial rhythm—resulting in the launch of The Green Home, a lifestyle concept offering interiors designed to calm the nervous system, elevate well-being, and foster conscious living. Every product I design—natural, sustainable, healing—carries the energy of restoration and purpose.

Beyond practice, I’ve had the honor of serving as a professor and mentor in renowned higher education institutions in Dubai and Sharjah for over two decades. I’ve supervised the research journeys of more than 100 Post Graduate students in sustainable design, conducted numerous workshops, and contributed actively to shaping the region’s design future. This intersection of academia and artistry is my sacred space, where knowledge becomes legacy.

I’ve also been humbled to receive the "Pride of Pakistan" Award by the Pakistan Association Dubai and to be nominated for the "Emirates Woman Award"—acknowledgments that reflect not only my work, but the intention behind it.

My designs are rooted in eclecticism, elevated by elegance, and defined by sustainability. I’ve collaborated with leading global home fashion brands, textile houses, and developers across the UAE, UK, China, Malaysia, and Southeast Asia, and have showcased my collections in both solo and joint exhibitions worldwide.
